Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in the condition you received them, with tags and original packaging, plus your receipt or proof of purchase. Sale items and gift cards are final sale. To start a return, email info@trelawni.com. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Return shipping
Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return label and instructions. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

Original shipping
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered. In these cases we will cover return shipping and refund your original shipping in full.

Exchanges
Return the item you have, then place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds
We will email you once your return is received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, less the return label cost where applicable. Your bank may take additional time to post it.

EU customers
Orders shipped to the European Union may be returned within 14 days for any reason, subject to the same condition requirements.
